Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Samosas were being stored at room temperature. They're purchased precooked, frozen from Wal-mart. Operator takes them out of the freezer and stores them at room temperature for sale. Time was not being monitored.
Corrective Action(s): Samosas were discarded. As discussed, you can have 1 samosa out on display for customers to see which you must discard at the end of the day. The rest must be stored inside the freezer and reheated on order.

General Comments:
Handsinks were fully equipped.
200ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottles. BUY TEST STRIPS SO YOU CAN MONITOR SANITIZER LEVELS. IT SHOULD BE 100-200PPM BLEACH (CHLORINE).
Discussed manual dishwashing procedures. No concerns noted.
Operator has FS Level 1 certification.
Pizza on display at room temperature was time stamped. PURCHASE A TIMER TO MONITOR HOW LONG THE PIZZA HAS BEEN OUT. YOU CAN HAVE IT OUT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 HOURS. IF YOU WANT TO TAKE PART IN THE TGTG PROGRAM, SUBMIT A FOOD SAFETY PLAN OUTLINING YOUR PROCEDURES.
Coolers were below 4 degC; freezers were below -18 degC; rice was hotheld at 60 degC
