Provided operator with replacement permits for both the Tasty Express and Tim Hortons Floor cleaned under upright coolers and freezers Weather stripping installed at the base of both metal cup holders. Corners caulked in to eliminate gaps. *Ensure you remove the excess caulking as discussed. Hot holding logs now being properly maintained as staff are waiting 20min before probing the internal temperature of the food placed into the hot holding unit Manager will install a physical barrier at the bottom of the hot holding unit to prevent food from being stored there. Recommend using metal insert trays as discussed. **Manager to email me a timeline on when the bottom portion of the hot holding unit will be repaired. Manager stated the repair company states it can be repaired.
