Corrective Action(s): Remove frozen shrimp from the floor. Ensure all food items are kept at least 6 inches off the ground.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Packaged frozen shrimp was being thawed at room temperature. Temperature of the shrimp was -2°C.
Corrective Action(s): Move frozen shrimp to cooler for thawing. Thawing of frozen foods must be done using one of the following methods:
- At 4°C in a cooler
- Under cold running water in its original packaging or in a clean container

Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 16, 2019 (Report MLOO-BG3UNE)

- Continue to clean regularly in noted areas to avoid accumulation of debris. Ventilation hood is maintained.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available. Ensure this is always available kitchen is in operation.
- Organization of food in coolers has been improved

Note:
- Reminder to keep just enough food in sushi cooler for 2 hours until doors have been replaced. Once doors have been replaced, send a photo to the health inspector.
