Observation: Returned to evaluate fridge 2. Observed temperature of unit similar to last inspection. Measured at 9 C. Turkey breast slices at 10 C, pesto at 9 C. All noted foods discarded as discussed.
Unopened cheeses may be moved to alternate cooler. All other foods (non potentially hazardous) can be moved to alternate coolers.
Fridge 3 measured 4 C, but is small.
Fridge 1 (vegetable fridge) measured 2.1 C
Corrective Action(s): Remove all food from this unit and into either fridge 1 or 3 until serviced. Spoke with manager. She has been authorized by owner to have unit serviced.
Service unit immediately such that it can maintain a temperature less than 4 C at all times.
Note follow up inspection date on report.

Follow up inspection revealed fridge 2 still not at proper temperature and not able to keep food below 4 C. See violation on this report. Food moved and discarded depending on risk to health.
