ITEMS CORRECTED: - Facility has had thorough cleaning - EXCELLENT WORK! - Chemicals have been removed from facility or stored in washroom - Cooler has been repaired. Temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius are now maintained (4 degrees Celsius observed) - Donair burner observed to be on upon arrival of inspector NOTE: Facility may use three door stand up cooler that was repaired to store potentially hazardous food items. ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - In Operator's absence no person on site has Food Safe Level one Certification. One staff member is to complete Food Safe level one.
