Corrective Action(s): Until such time as this dishware can be cleaned and sanitized with an approved sanitizer, it must not be used. SINGLE SERVICE dishware and utensils only. NOTE: 1) All dishware is to be thoroughly washed and rinsed before placing in a clean sink with the sanitizer. 2) Dishware must be fully immersed in the sanitizer for a minimum of two minutes before removing and allowing to air dry. 3) To make a proper sanitizing solution use 1 oz of bleach for every 1 imperial gallon of water (NOTE: this measurement is based on a 4.25% chlorine concentration - if using a stronger bleach reduce the amount of bleach added accordingly) Violation Score: 15
