Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection # JMIA-A5YVZB dated January 8, 2016 was conducted today . Areas of non-compliance identified at the last Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance.

Contraventions
Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #JMIA-A5YVZB have been corrected.
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

During today’s inspection the licensee was on site with 1 child.

Licensee provided a written response, in a timely manner addressing the contraventions.
Licensing notes that it appears that all previously identified contraventions have been appropriately addressed as follows:
-Complete Emergency Kits is available on site. This kit is in a backpack by the front door.
-Children’s files are complete including MSP#’s and Emergency Contacts
