Inspection report: 259998 Met with Josh, Manager, and discussed the following: - at least one staff/food handler with FS level 1 present per shift ( section 10 ) - discussed the cleaning public washroom throughout the day - daily temperature logs are up to date suggested to add concentration of the sanitizers on the daily logs ( for low temp dishwasher and quats ) - low temp dishwasher supplied with 100ppm of chlorine at the final rinse - pest control contract - choosing the company is in progress - mop sink and chemical storage - well organized - quat used as approved sanitizer , measured at 200ppm - test strips are available for daily monitoring of sanitizers
