Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several large bins of food (cooked rice, cooked noodles, chopped vegetables, cut peppers) stored at room temperature. No orders being made at time of inspection and no customers present in restaurant.
Corrective Action(s): Keep only enough food out that can be used within two hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two rice scoops were used and put into a container with water. Bits of rice found in water. Talked to staff who said that they change the water once in the morning and once in the evening.
Corrective Action(s): Change the water at least every two hours or do not store in water and wash scoops between use.

Observation: Two shelves, one in the walk-in cooler (top left shelf) and one in the dry storage room (left side with cans) are made of raw wood (not painted) which cannot be cleaned easily
Corrective Action(s): Paint both shelves to make them easily cleanable. Due: 1 week.

Note: Cooler tower across from dishwasher was not in use, staff said that it broke and that it will likely be replaced with a new one - ok.
