Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two cardboard boxes full of homemade "crackers" stored in ziploc bags on site. The operator could not say where they were made and did not have any receipts, therefore they are deemed to be from an unapproved source.
Corrective Action(s): Removed during inspection. Any food stored on site is assumed to be for sale. Do not store any homemade food items on site.
