Cut vegetables kept raw in prep cooler until needed for order, then cooked.
Tofu, fried chicken, and spring rolls cooked, then placed in food warmer.
New food warmer provided maintaining food 66-76 C
Pre-portioned food in steel bowls are now stacked in cooler with wax paper covers between bowls.
Cleaning inside dishwasher, under sinks and within storage locker completed.
