- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition
- Hot and cold running water supplied to warewashing sinks and handsink
- Liquid soap and paper towel present at handsink in food preparation/service area
- Liquid soap and air dryer present in staff/public washroom
- Coolers operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Sliding door cooler 3C
- Single door undercounter cooler 1C
- Prep cooler 2C
- Freezer -15C
- Manual warewashing in place. Plugs present for sinks and bleach present for sanitizing step.
- Bleach sanitizer solution present with wiping cloths kept in it. Spray bottle with bleach sanitizer present. Concentration of solutions measured 200ppm chlorine
- Reminder: Pitchers and shakers (in use equipment) are to be washed and sanitized (or replaced with clean, sanitized ones) every 4 hours
- Ice machine appears clean/maintained. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner outside of the machine.
- No signs of pest activity noted. Recommend implementing a monitoring program so that any issues can be identified and addressed.
- Operator present at the time of the inspection and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Certificate valid until May 2024.
