Corrective Action(s): Ensure to keep doors closed between use to protect the food premises from the entrance of pests. A staff member closed the door during the inspection. Violation Score: 3

Follow up inspection: -Ceiling tiles were installed above the dry storage area next to the walk-in-cooler. -Liquid soap via a wall-mounted dispenser was accessible at the handsink near the prep. area. -Pest control program via Kwality Pest Control Ltd was in place on a monthly basis. Pest control report for the most recent service date on July 13, 2022 (yesterday) was available on-site. -Operator informed they have continued with their integrated pest control program and regular cleaning to prevent potential breeding grounds for pests. -Plastic wrap/liner was removed from the exterior dishwasher surface. Stainless surface of the dishwasher appeared to be in a clean condition. Signature on this report is not required.
