Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed from the chemical dispensing system at the 3 compartment sink.
200ppm quats available for use in spray bottles.
Dishwasher registers 73 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing.
Walk in cooler at 1-3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -10 to -11 degrees C. Unit appears to be in defrost cycle with staff going in/out to move food products. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less.
Sandwich preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler at 4 degrees C.
Small display cooler at 4 degrees C.
Hot holding case at or above 60 degrees C.
