- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 77.9 degrees Celsius at dish level after the final rinse cycle.
- Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 100 ppm.
- Domestic cooler maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.
- Domestic freezer temperature satisfactory.
- Drain plugs available for 2-compartment sink.

Storage area:
