Observation: Final rinse wash observed to be not disengaging after 1 minute as per manufacturer plate. Cycle was interupted after over 4 minutes had elapsed by opening the door which stopped the cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Contact technician as discussed. Ensure staff are aware not to run the dishwasher until the final rinse water temperture has fully recovered and the gauge shows >200F
