Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bucket of yogurt stored in stand up cooler in the kitchen was measured at 9.4C via probe thermometer. Staff unable to verify the time it was left out and when it was placed inside cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Item was voluntarily discarded. Ensure all PHFs are held at 4C or below

Routine inspection conducted
- hand wash station is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
- Freezer units are at satisfactory temperatures
- High temperature dishwasher achieves 77C at plate level
- Bleach solution in bucket achieves 100ppm.
- Dry storage is good and No signs of pest activity

Note: 1 bucket of yogurt was voluntarily discarded due to temperature issue.
