Comments

- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
- Handsinks (3) in food preparation/service area and handsink in staff washroom were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Hot water was supplied to warewashing sink and handsinks
- 3 compartment sink was set up and in use for manual dishwashing. Quats sanitizer in sink measured 200ppm.
- Quats sanitizer present in labelled spray bottle and in bucket with in use wiping cloths. Concentration of solutions was 200ppm.
- Quats test strips present for checking sanitizer concentration.
- Coolers were maintaining potentially hazardous foods at 4C or colder and equipped with thermometers:
- Walk-in cooler 3C
- Line cooler 3C
- Sliding door beverage cooler 4C
- Foods in coolers were stored in a manner to prevent contamination (on shelving, covered/wrapped) and dated.
- Freezer was maintaining product in a frozen state. Temperature was -13C
- Hot holding unit (in use) was maintaining potentially hazardous foods at 64C
- Cold holding, hot holding and cooking/baking temperatures are checked three times daily. Records appear complete and up to date.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection.
- Foodsafe requirement met at the time of the inspection. Supervisor present has completed Foodsafe level 1. Verified with interim certificate issued (13-Aug-2022)

Observations reviewed with Supervisor and a copy of the report was provided.
