Routine Inspection: - Hand wash station had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available *Ensure to have a paper towel holder* - Treatment of water includes carbon filter, reverse osmosis, and UV filtration - UV filter was upgraded as previous UV filter broke - Holding tanks in good condition, no leaks were noted during inspection - Holding tanks are cleaned and sanitized once a year - Treatment room was clean and sanitary - Bottling area was clean and sanitary - No self bottling - All bottles are washed with ozonated water before filling - Water dispensers are cleaned and sanitized with H202 - No pest activity was noted during inspection *Reminder to sanitize surfaces with a 200ppm bleach solution, do not use undiluted bleach* No signature required due to COVID-19 Please contact a health inspector if there are any questions or concerns
