-Follow-up inspection to September 11, 2020.
-Prep cooler was adjusted and was at 4C (top and bottom). Continue to monitor cooler and service or adjust as required.
-Bleach sanitizer was prepared at the time of inspection and sanitizer pail was labelled. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach, add 5mL of bleach per litre of water.
-Donair meat undergoes a secondary cook step in the pizza oven, after it is shaved off roasting oven. Ensure water levels are sufficient in the hot hold unit to maintain proper hot holding temperatures.
-General cleaning of prep cooler door seals has been carried out.
