All hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Pot washer was at minimum 71 deg C. Log available. Walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C. Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection Active pest control Staff hygiene good - clean uniforms and hair nets Note: New pot washer will be installed as per management. Some areas of flooring to be repaired before installing the new pot washer.
