The pest control company inspected the premises on August 21st. Noticed some new glue traps.
No new mice droppings noticed.
Coffee station cooler now 4 C or below. Good.
However, some of the old mice droppings were still noticed behind the dry storage shelves.
The following corrective actions are required. ( By Sep 5, 2019)
1. Re-finish the walls in dishwashing area and ensure that walls are easy to clean (i,e no gaps, cracks where pests can hide)
2. Install baseboards throughout the kitchen on floor walls junctions.
3. Cut the sealant foam and refinish wall or baseboard sections with smooth and washable finish.
4. Clean floor in all corners to remove grease build-up on (especially the South wall), equipment, utility pipes, walls and baseboards. ( August 25, 2019)
6. Clean underneath the cook line to remove grease build up.
7. Reorganize the under counter spaces ( e.g. removing items not in use, placing them in bus pans) so that these spaces are easy to clean
