2) Smoothie powder scoops were stored inside the powder containers with the scoop handles contacting the powder.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Store the ice scoop in a location where the handle will not contact the ice.

-Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. 100 ppm bleach solution prepared for sanitizing step.
-200 ppm Quat sanitizer in spray bottle available for surface sanitizing
-Dry storage is well-maintained
-Chemicals are stored separately away from areas of food prep and storage
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
