Corrective Action(s): - Remove any droppings in facility and clean/sanitize areas
- Continue to follow Pest Control Operator recommendations and employ regular checks in facility for rodents.

Routine inspection conducted.

- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler at 4C
* Walk in freezer at -18C
- QUAT sanitizer available, concentration of sanitizer at 200 ppm
- High temperature dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (73.6C), service tech on-site during time of inspection, adjustment done to pressure and thermostat.
- All foods stored at least 6" off the floor
- Good food handling practices employed during time of inspection, all foods kept covered to protect from contamination
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- Facility employs PCO (pest control operator) on monthly basis, no captures noted indoors
- General sanitation of facility - Good
