Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Hand-washing sink was obstructed with cooking equipment at time of inspection. Frying pan was left in the wash-basin, preventing convenient access for hand-washing.
2) Paper towel dispenser was empty above the hand-washing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Operator cleared obstructions and replenished paper towels during inspection.
*Ensure hand-washing station is accessible and stocked with liquid soap and paper towels at all times*
