-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at sink

-General sanitation is improved- continue routine cleaning/sanitation to maintain the facility at satisfactory level

** Noted staff apron in washroom-keep them in lockers
** Submit a plan re: addition of two menu item per week only (ie: week one: ghormeh sabzi, and ash, week two: ghymeh and halim.....)
** Label cooked foods in cooler with date of preparation and store in cooler for ONLY 2 days
** Discussed purchasing cooling wand to help with proper cooling of foods such as khoreshet and ash. For Rice ensure to cook fresh daily no left over.
