Routine Inspection: No change in procedures. Water treatment/filtration system includes: carbon filtration, reverse osmosis and UV. UV bulb and filter change are logged. Main water reservoir is covered. Full tank is cleaned and sanitized yearly using 35% hydrogen peroxide. Water is packaged onsite in bottles that have been disinfected with ozone, hot water and peroxide. Washroom sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running wate.r No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. General sanitation of facility satisfactory during inspection. 70% isopropyl alcohol used to disinfect spray jets.
