Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BA2U9P Upright server area cooler noted on previous routine inspection report was measured at 2 degrees C (ambient). An easy to view thermometer accurate to 1 degree C is available within the unit. New door seals in that are in good working order are in place for the upright cooler located next to the preparation line. Hole in drywall located behind cook line has been sealed. No ants / pest activity was observed at time of inspection. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Environmental Health Officer.
