Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed underneath and around the fountain drink nozzzle to have built-up of syrup.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned area. Ensure to clean and sanitize daily in accordance to facility's Sanitation Plan.

Observation: At the time of inspection, staff informed that ownership has changed as of September 29, 2022.
Corrective Action(s): Submit Health Application Form, corporation documents, FOODSAFE Level 1 of operator, Sanitation Plan for health review and approval. Operating Permit does not transfer and warrants Health Approval when ownership changes. Corrected by: November 11, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual ware washing.
Under counter coolers, walk-in cooler, and milk dispenser cooling unit measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiments, cooked fries, bacon under time-tracking system. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed. Pest control company comes in monthly. Last pest report on Oct 3, 2022 indicated bait station installed outside and inside premises. Pest control recommend to close doors and keep food containers & garbage bins closed at all times.no pest activity in the interior.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
