Follow-up inspection conducted due to sanitation concerns. -Facility sanitation and cleaning has improved. *Ensure sanitation upkeep is done more frequently. Staff were educated on the matter* -Sanitizer in bucket with cloth was prepared and achieved 200ppm. Staff educated on importance of having food contact sanitizer prepared. No further major concerns.
