This inspection done by EHO student.

- Display cooler unit air temperature at upper chamber is 6.1 deg.C and lower chamber 6.8 deg.C.
- BBQ chicken product is the only meat product stored in Cooler at the time of visit and it measured 3.0 deg.C internal temperature as per probe thermometre. Operator say's product was transfered to display cooler from the walkin Cooler half an hour before visit.
- Operator say's a technician had come in earlier today to adjust cooler temperature. However, no invoice or receipt of technician's visit was provided upon request.
- A Correction Order will be issued to this effect.
NOTE:- Do not store meat products or any potentially hazardous food in display cooler until cooler is fixed and maintains temperature of 4 deg.C or less.
- All BBQ chicken product moved back into a working cooler and cooler tagged not-in-use during inspection.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL
All staff members were noted without face mask. Operator explains that they are not of same house hold.
- Discussed recommendation of the use of face mask among employees, in situations were physical distancing is not feasible as per Public Health Officer's order with Operator.

- Operator distributed face mask to all staff immediately. They all had face mask on prior to leaving premise.
