Follow up inspection to MTRG-B95VKC. The follow issues have been corrected before of by this inspection. - Food inserts had protective barrier (food grade), either plastic/saran wrap or lids, no double stacking observed. - Handles, lids, glass doors on refrigerator, other common touch areas had slight free of flour/ food build up - Food debris accumulation underneath shelving in walk-in cooler has been removed, cooler observed to be maintained in good sanitary condition - Mould accumulation on backsplash in dishpit has been removed, operator informed that bleach solution used then re-painted. - Moderate - significant food debris build up in dry storage room has been removed - Bottle storage/ linen room has been organized. The following items still requires attention. - Commercial fume hood/ canopy has been cleaned but still required professional cleaning. Professional service will be March 4th 2019. - Ceiling tiles has been cleaned but slight - moderate dust accumulation still apparent, operator informed this will be done by professional cleaning company, March 4th 2019 - Sliding glass door, operator informed work order has been arranged. Appointment pending.
