Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed container of omelette mixed stored at room temperature measured at 18.1C internal temperature. Chopped onions, chilli peppers, lemons, observed to be stored at room temperature. Operator informed that on slow times it will be used up within 5 hours. One ice pack observed to be used underneath the chopped vegetable compartment that does not hav sufficient coverage to ensure product is at 4C or lower. Operator informed the chopped vegetable was prepared at 7 hours ago.

Opened lemon chili sauce observed to be stored at room temperature. Container informed that it should be refrigerated after opening.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aformentioned food items. All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4C or lower.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Front QUATs sanitizer spray and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. 1 food preparation sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75.5C final rinse temperature.
Prep coolers, under counter cooler of stove, beverage cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Tea dispenser at the front measured at 60C or higher. Operator keeps 2 hour temperature logs of tea. Operator informed that tea below 60C in the dispenser will be discarded.

NOTE: Present manufacturer's information sheet for masala, chutney sauce signifying it is able to be stored at room temperature. Corrected by: February 7, 2023.

No signs of pests observed.
