- Wiping cloth storage: As discussed. Cloths are to be kept completely submerged and stored in a sanitizer solution.
- Food Storage: As discussed. All food/ingredients to be stored in covered, food grade containers.
- Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times.
- All items are to be stored in designated areas. Personal items to be kept off prep lines.
- Sanitary Facilities: Liquid soap/single use towels required to be kept in dispensers at hand sinks.
- Ensure all staff wash hands routinely with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and dried with single use towels.
- No bare hand contact with “cooked - ready to eat” food permitted.
