Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Quiche, chicken wrap and veggie bowl stored in the display cooler measure at 7C. Owner stated these products were made and stored in this cooler for less than 4 hours. 2. 14 packages of butter were stored at room temperature. Internal food product temperature measured at 21C. Owner stated the butter was stored at room temperature for more than 4 hours.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All aforementioned potentially hazardous food from the display cooler were moved to another functional cooler. 2. 14 packages of butter were discarded. Ensure any cold potentially hazardous food such as butter is stored at 4C or less.

- Under the counter and stand-up cooler maintained at 4C or less.
- Stand-up freezer maintained at -18C.
- Soup hot held at 61C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available in spray bottle.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 77C at the plate level.
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- Permit was posted at a visible location.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed.
