Operator no longer makes pizza on site, only makes traditional flatbreads (non-potentially hazardous)
Handsink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
Walk-in cooler measured 2C, undercounter cooler at front of house measured 4C, and upright freezer measured -19C
3 comp sink with sink plugs available. bleach sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm chlorine. discussed mixing proper amount (1tsp to 1L of water)
staff hygiene was satisfactory, FOODSAFE level 1 verified. Permit posted in a conspicuous location.

Additional menu items not approved at this time. contact district inspector to discuss proposal further. Updated food safety plan and menu must be provided for review.
