Observation: High temperature tray washing machine found to be still full of water and food debris. Staff had gone home for the day and the facility should have been completely cleaned up for the day
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the tray washer is cleaned and emptied at the end of the day

Observation: 2 issues:
-walk-in freezer's ceiling light is not fully functional and providing very little light
-3 compartment sink's sanitizer dispenser leaks when turned on
Corrective Action(s): Repair the above noted issues as soon as possible, maintain equipment in good working order

=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection, though some minor activity noted between self service bun unit and Que Pasa display unit.
