Routine health inspection conducted. Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Freezer at -18 degrees C or less. Hot holding (internal food temperature) at 60 degrees C or more. Thermometers in place for cold holding units. Probe thermometers available for internal food temperature checks. Food is covered and properly organized (raw and ready-to-eat). Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Quats sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles and from dispenser at 200 ppm. High temperature dishwasher measured 75 degrees C at the utensil surface (required: minimum 71 degrees C). Equipment (e.g. ice machine, slicer) in clean condition. Ice scoop stored outside machine. Dry storage area and general sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Temperature logs available. Permit posted.
