Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored in the undercounter cooler measured at an air ambient temperature of 10.4C:
-Pepperoni, shredded cheese, olives, bell peppers, chopped red onions, chicken patties.
Corrective Action(s): Transfer the aformentioned food items in the walk-in cooler able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle in the back kitchen area and QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing.
Display cooler and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C. Temperature logs are not maintained. October 4,5,6, 2022 observed to not be documented.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure that FOODSAFE Level 1 Certification of staff is available on-site upon Inspector's request.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
