Follow up to Rpt. # MBEK-BD2U4L.

Sprouts were not observed to be stored at ambient temperature at time of inspection--sprouts stored in under counter cooler near cook line. Internal temperature of sprouts measured 4 degrees C.
Deli slicer in clean condition.
All kitchen and bar hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Areas noted on the previous routine inspection report under violation code 306 have been cleaned. Note: A small amount of debris build up is still present at floor-to-wall junctions of dishwashing area--ensure hard-to-reach areas are properly cleaned.
Caulking has been added around perimeter of front area hand sink basin. No liquid observed under hand sink at time of inspection.
Thermometer available within walk in cooler. Probe thermometer available on site for internal temperature checks.
Note: Baseboard located in dishwashing area appears to be separating from the wall. Monitor and repair/replace as needed to ensure no gaps are present where food, water, and/or debris can be lodged. Baseboards should be fully sealed and coved to facilitate cleaning of floor to wall junctions.
