The grounds at the back of the building is well maintained and free of litter. The garbage enclosure area however requires attention. Remove debris and litter.
Temperature of the foods in the hot holding units and refrigeration units is satisfactory.
Sanitizer is detected in the sanitizer solution.
Temperature log is maintained.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
