Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer concentration low in sanitizer buckets and at dispenser (between 50 -100 ppm quats). Quats must be at 200 ppm to sanitize food contact surfaces and equipment. All sanitizer solutions discarded and made new during the inspection.
