Walk-in coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -17 deg C.
Hot holding for chicken, wedges, onion rings, chicken pot pies was >60 deg C.
Prep line cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Deli display coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
