Health permit posted in plain public view. All hand sinks maintained with constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) was at 200 ppm. Walk-in coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -17 deg C. Hot holding for chicken, wedges, onion rings, chicken pot pies was >60 deg C. Prep line cooler was at 3-4 deg C. Deli display coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Temperature log was available and well maintained. No signs of pests noted. Pest control in place. Staff wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint. Hair nets underneath caps will be implemented. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
