Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AVDT4R: Cooked tandoori chicken is cooled on bus pan, cubed then placed in small containers inside the freezer. Cut green peppers and onions stored in container with a tight fitting lid. Scoops stored outside of food products. Honey garlic chicken wings list of ingredients does not contain key words for trans fat.
