Observation: Handsink near the backdoor lacked access to cold running water. This handsink was initially blocked with a container, which was later removed by staff during the inspection.
Correction: Repair the handsink so that it is also supplied with cold running water. Note: Hot running water, liquid soap, and paper towels were accessible from this handsink. Do not block handsinks and ensure they are available for handwashing purposes throughout operation.
