Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hot foods requiring cooling is rapidly cooled in an ice bath before being placed in the cooler under 4 C. Rice was placed in ice bath during inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): White plastic container of humus with lid noted with chunks of plastic missing around the edge of the container by the lid. Missing pieces unknown.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all containers holding food are in good condition and has no missing pieces. Physical hazard risk with broken plastic pieces near food. Discard container and humus.
