Corrective Action(s): -Dishwasher has to reach 71C or above to properly sanitize dishes & wares. Service the dishwasher so that it reaches 71C.
Implement bleach solution as the last step of dishwashing.
All wares have to be immersed in 200 ppm bleach solution (1 Gal water & 1 Cap full bleach) after they go through the dishwasher .
