Date to be corrected by: 2018/06/07 Corrective Action(s): -Dishwasher has to reach 71C or above to properly sanitize dishes & wares. Service the dishwasher so that it reaches 71C. Implement bleach solution as the last step of dishwashing. All wares have to be immersed in 200 ppm bleach solution (1 Gal water & 1 Cap full bleach) after they go through the dishwasher . All fridges measured at 4C or below. All freezers measured at -18C or below. Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured >200 ppm - bleached out test strip. -Ensure to mix 1/2 cap full of bleach to 1L of water. Handsink with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
