Observation: Two compartment sink in the back storage area is stained and dirty.
Corrective Action(s): Scrub, wash and sanitize the sink before use.

Observation: Observed a few flies in the deli department where the organic bins are. The back of the shelves behind the organic bins is stained with organic juice.
Corrective Action(s): Attention is required in cleaning of this area. Organic bins must be washed and sanitized every day. The shelves near the organic bins shall be wiped down every day.

- 200ppm QUAT sanitizers present at multiple locations
- Manual dishwashing is adequate
- Temperatures of coolers and freezers were adequate
- Good recordkeeping of temperatures in place
- Serviced by pest control company on a regular basis
- Foods are stored off of floor

ATTENTION:
- Ensure that trays holding raw poultry are covered completely to prevent cross-contamination in the walk-in cooler
- Floor mats must be washed and sanitized at the end of each day
