Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops were stored inside container of rice and radish.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent handle from contaminating Foods. Scoops were relocated at the time of inspection.

Observation: Back handwash station was broken. Appointment scheduled for this afternoon to have handwash station repaired.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash station is in good working order to all staff to properly wash their hands.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemical containers are labelled to identify their contents and to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Containers will needed to be relabelled as required. Sanitizer spray was labelled at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezers ranged from -17C to -24C.
-Upright freezer was at -16C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Pork cutlet was deep fried to greater than 71C.
-Cooling wand used to cool sauces. Sauces were at 4C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were at 200ppm.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the ground and covered. Raw meats stored separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until November 10, 2023.
