Paper based inspection Report #247264: All coolers maintaining temp. of 4 deg C or below. Walk-in freezer at -18 deg C (lights inside now brighter). Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels Sanitizer (quats) at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory. *Wiping cloths found on prep table. Staff said sanitizer in bucket was being changed. Keep wiping cloths in sanitizing solution when not in use.
